1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as administrative names, business emails, organizational credentials, and enterprise training materials (PDFs, PPTs, SOPs, SCORM files) uploaded to your dedicated tenant. We also automatically log operational diagnostic telemetry such as browser environment and API latency to maintain service quality.

2. Zero-Model-Training Guarantee

Your company data is never used to train public or foundational artificial intelligence models. Content uploaded to Aira Learn is processed strictly within isolated execution environments to generate course modules, formulate quiz assessments, and render audio/video media exclusively for your authorized organization.

3. Data Storage & Encryption Infrastructure

All customer information is stored in SOC 2 Type II certified cloud data centers. Data is protected with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Enterprise tier customers can deploy into dedicated single-tenant VPC environments located in designated geographic regions (US, EU, APAC).

4. Regulatory Compliance Alignment

Aira Learn adheres to international data governance frameworks including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and ISO 27001. We readily execute standard Data Processing Addendums (DPAs) and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You retain complete ownership over all uploaded content and synthesized courses. Upon account termination or written request, all tenant data, embeddings, and backups are permanently cryptographically wiped within 30 calendar days.
